For cups use the paper bag. At first you should put the cup holder in the bag and then cover the cup with aluminium foil to avoid splitting during transportation
Always give the right accompaniment: napkins, straws, white stirrer, sugar, sweet n low, etc…
For whipped cream
in hot drinks, use Coolatta cup and put inside of it whipped cream
in iced drinks close the cup with a lid and a scotch
Do not forget to write Customer’s name, positive quote on the delivery bag, also don’t forget to number the bags given
Check if the order is complete before handling it to the driver
Check if the driver placed the order inside the delivery bag to avoid any complaints especially during rainy days
In case of crowd the priority is for customers inside the shop and ask the driver to wait aside
