- You cannot give any order without the right bag
- For half dozen use the medium bag
- For dozen use the large bag
- For cups use the paper bag. At first you should put the cup holder in the bag and then cover the cup with aluminium foil to avoid splitting during transportation
- Always give the right accompaniment: napkins, straws, white stirrer, sugar, sweet n low, etc…
- For whipped cream
- in hot drinks, use Coolatta cup and put inside of it whipped cream
- in iced drinks close the cup with a lid and a scotch
- Do not forget to write Customer’s name, positive quote on the delivery bag, also don’t forget to number the bags given
- Check if the order is complete before handling it to the driver
- Check if the driver placed the order inside the delivery bag to avoid any complaints especially during rainy days
- In case of crowd the priority is for customers inside the shop and ask the driver to wait aside
