  1. Bring the blender and add the quantity of water required as the given size
  2. Add quantity of neutral base required as the given size
  3. Add chocolate sauce required as the given size
  4. Add chocolate powder required as the given size
  5. Add cream mix required as the given size
  6. Add 1 full scoop of ice
  7. Blend
  8. Pour the mixture in a Coolatta cup
  9. Put on lid and serve to the customer with a straw
  • Note: In case of lack of neutral base use 3 pumps of sugarcane in all Coolatta 12oz and 16oz
