☀️Opening (AM Shift) #

  • Start with turning on the electricity
  • Check if end of day is properly done from the day before to avoid any problem
  • Punch in
  • Turn on all the machines
  • Check if the cash +-0
  • Brew coffee (check if it’s 92 grams and hot from 91-93 before brewing it)
  • Start with the donut case (Check your donut count to avoid any error in counting)
  • If Toters is available in your shop directly hide the unavailable donuts of the day.
  • Put the creamer with ice plates and expire label and do the cream mix.
  • Count behind the counter at first and then in the stock room.
  • Do all the required checklists & expires

☀️Change-over (AM Shift) #

  • Start with Refill
  • Do the cleaning process of all the stations
  • Check expires
  • Check the donut case if it’s clean and refilled.
  • Count inventory
  • Cash register in the office & checking Toters (if available)

🌙Closing (PM Shift) #

  • Start with deep cleaning for every station
  • Check all expires that you should change
  • Remove any TA(Expired) item (S&S, croissant….)
  • Refill
  • Count
  • Remove the donuts
  • Picture the donuts and count the TA
  • Register cash
  • Send numbers to the shop group
  • Do end of day
  • Back up
  • Turn off all the electricity, TV screens, all machines, display fridge light, and you should turn off the PC after doing end of day and backup to OMEGA BACKOFFICE
