- Suggest additional items (water, impulses)
- Be informative about the menu and helpful
- Do not say (anything else)
4- Fill the order #
- Repeat the order back to the customer
- Start with the thing that takes longest time
- Focus on serving fast
- Gently slide it to the customer
- Hand the customer the right accompaniment: Example: napkins, sugar pkt, sweet n low, straws, white stirrer, etc…
5-Ring the order #

- Scan the customer’s QR Dunkin’ Leb
- Select the items
- Check out
- Pay: by point or by wallet
2-By Omega: #
- Ring the order and repeat it loudly before closing the bill
- State the money amount in $ and LBP with a smile
- Keep the money outside the drawer
- Count back the changeAlways make sure to give the receipt for the customer above the money change
To collect Smiles: #
- Scan the customer’s Id after closing the bill
- Click on get points
- Scan the barcode on the receipt
- Click done
If they do not have the Mobile App: #
- You should be informative about it
- Tell them that you can collect points, and when you collect them, you can pay with them later on.
- It has many offers on it
- Tell them about monthly subscriptionYou can charge your wallet for extra benefits (smiles, offers)
6-Thank the customer and invite him back #
- Thank the customer
- Invite him back, mention a closing line:
- Example: enjoy your coffee, have a nice day, Sahten etc…
