3-Suggestive sell and upsell #

  • Suggest combos
  • Try to offer a bigger size
  • Propose options (just like a new drink)
  • Suggest add on (flavours, whipped cream, turbo-shot etc…)
  • Suggest additional items (water, impulses)
  • Be informative about the menu and helpful
  • Do not say (anything else)

4- Fill the order #

  • Repeat the order back to the customer
  • Start with the thing that takes longest time
  • Focus on serving fast
  • Gently slide it to the customer
  • Hand the customer the right accompaniment: Example: napkins, sugar pkt, sweet n low, straws, white stirrer, etc…

5-Ring the order #

2-By Omega: #

  • Ring the order and repeat it loudly before closing the bill
  • State the money amount in $ and LBP with a smile
  • Keep the money outside the drawer
  • Count back the changeAlways make sure to give the receipt for the customer above the money change

To collect Smiles: #

  • Scan the customer’s Id after closing the bill
  • Click on get points
  • Scan the barcode on the receipt
  • Click done

If they do not have the Mobile App: #

  • You should be informative about it
  • Tell them that you can collect points, and when you collect them, you can pay with them later on.
  • It has many offers on it
  • Tell them about monthly subscriptionYou can charge your wallet for extra benefits (smiles, offers)

6-Thank the customer and invite him back #

  • Thank the customer
  • Invite him back, mention a closing line:
  • Example: enjoy your coffee, have a nice day, Sahten etc…
