After brewing:
- Directly remove the dirty coffee filter
- Wipe the spray head
- Wash the brew basket.
- Wash the coffee pot
Cream Mix:
- For 1,500ml milk, 500 ml of pure cream
- Put the milk before the cream in a plastic pitcher (since cream is heavier)
- In a fridge temperature from 1°C-5°C
- Shelf life: 3 days
In the creamer:
- Fill the creamer only to the half to avoid wastage.
- Shelf Life:
- In the creamer: 4 hours (if using ice plates not in the fridge)
- In the fridge: 3 days

- Place a clean coffee filter in a clean brew basket.
- Slide the brew basket in the grinder
- Push start button of the grinder

- Put a clean coffee pot on the warmer.
- Dispose of the filter and grinder
- Rinse the brew basket, wipe down the spray head and start holding time

🧊Iced Coffee: #
- Steps of preparation:
- Place a clean coffee filter in a clean brew basket.
- Slide the brew basket in the grinder
- Push start button of the grinder two times (2 grinds=184-188gr)
- Slide the brew basket to the funnel rail of the brewer
- Put a clean coffee pot on the warmer.
- Dispose of the filter and grinder
- Pour the coffee in a plastic pitcher
- Wait for 30 minutes at room temperature, then put the pitcher in the fridge(covered always)
- Rinse the brew basket, wipe down the spray head and start holding time
- Shelf life: 1 day with time

- Iced Coffee serving process:
- Get a Coolatta cup
- Fill it with ice
- Add the required quantity of sugarcane and cream as the requested size
- Add flavour if requested
- Add coffee till full
- Stir for 3-4 seconds
- Put on the lid and serve to the customer with a straw
- Remark: for double-double and extra-extra in the case of iced coffee use the same formula of hot
- Example: For medium iced coffee double-double put 6 punches cream and 6 pumps sugarcane
🚀Turbo shot: #
- For small: 1 shot. For medium and large 2 shots.
- For black coffee: just get a cup add black coffee only.
☕Coffee refill: #
- Wash the mug with hot water before filling it.
- Remark: Refill is only one size.
🔍Thermos Refill: #
- If the mug given by the customer was too big ring the order as thermos refill not a regular refill.
🍩Box O’Joe: #
- It is a box that maintain the heat of the coffee
- Filled up with 2 pots
Give with the box O’Joe the following items:
- 10 small(12oz) cups
- 10 lids
- Sugar pkt and sweet N’low aside (up to 20 sachets)
- 10 orange straws
- 1 full 12 oz cup with cream mixture
- 10 Napkins
☕Coffee grind on spot: #
- 5 grinds of coffee (92 each)
- Put them in a 5LB bag
- It is a pound (460 gr) and not a half kilogram.
- For decaf and dark roast: Give them 5 bags.
- Remark: When the coffee pot gets expired after 20min directly put them in a graduated pitcher to see the quantity and then record them on the wastage paper.

- The machine should be turned into green for working if not
- Check if the capsule is placed in the right position.
- Check the USB if it is placed correctly
- Check if the water level reaches the line mark
- Check if the box of empty capsules is full
- Check if the machine is properly closed
- Left side: without crema – Right side: with crema
- Ask the customer if he wants sugar sachet aside
- Give them 2 sugar sachet, 1 white stirrer.
- One napkin is necessary to give.
