- Use cold milk only (1°C – 5°C)
- Always use stainless-steel pitcher
- Do not reuse steamed milk

- Ideal temperature: 140°C
- Below 140°C → under-steamed
- Above 140°C → burnt milk (not allowed)

- Purge before and after every use
- Wipe with sanitized cloth
- Never leave milk residue on wand
