Hygiene"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83e\uddfc Donut Case Setup &amp; Hygiene<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udee0 Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stainless-steel baskets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liner White<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wax Tissues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5LB bags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hand Gloves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Munchkin Stand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dozen and \u00bd dozen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medium and large bags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccb Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Donut Case is always full based on the Donut Layout for each shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Donut Case is always clean (glass and stainless steel).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that only one white liner is used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No oily papers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep the stainless-steel basket consistently clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit the donuts to 10 pieces in the stainless-steel basket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position the allergenic donuts at the bottom of the donut case (Cinnamon, Coconut).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange all the powdered donuts in the same row under each other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Display the powdered donuts in a manner that shows the filling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid placing any other type of donuts under the powdered donuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not mix two kinds of donuts in the same stainless-steel basket (frosted and filled).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the expiry dates on Muffins &amp; Cookies are not visible to the customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the donut case starts to become empty, maintain spacing between the baskets and keep the upper portion filled with donuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The munchkins stand should always be placed on top of the donut case, near the POS system, above the daily production sticker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donuts labels should be available, clean and clear to the customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u26a0\ufe0f Important<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For Dozen we put 3 wax tissues vertically<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For \u00bd Dozen we put 1 wax tissue horizontally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 donuts in one 5LB bag only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Powdered donuts are placed under each other or beside each other preventing cross contamination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For munchkin box put 1 wax tissue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udce6  Shelf Life<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All donuts are daily produced but the expiry for the donuts is 72 hours outside fridge in room temperature (the 72 hours are separated as 24 hours in the shop and 48 hours in the customer\u2019s house)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\ud83e\uddfc Donut Case Setup &amp;
