  • Start with turning on the electricity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Check if end of day is properly done from the day before to avoid any problem<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Punch in<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Turn on all the machines<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Check if the cash +-0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Brew coffee (check if it\u2019s 92 grams and hot from 91-93 before brewing it)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Start with the donut case (Check your donut count to avoid any error in counting)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If Toters is available in your shop directly hide the unavailable donuts of the day.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Put the creamer with ice plates and expire label and do the cream mix.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Count behind the counter at first and then in the stock room.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Do all the required checklists & expires<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Start with Refill<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do the cleaning process of all the stations<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Check expires<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Check the donut case if it\u2019s clean and refilled.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Count inventory<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cash register in the office & checking Toters (if available)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      \ud83c\udf19Closing (PM Shift)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • Start with deep cleaning for every station<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Check all expires that you should change<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remove any TA(Expired) item (S&S, croissant\u2026.)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Refill<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Count<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Remove the donuts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Picture the donuts and count the TA<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Register cash<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Send numbers to the shop group<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Do end of day<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Back up<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Turn off all the electricity, TV screens, all machines, display fridge light, and you should turn off the PC after doing end of day and backup to OMEGA BACKOFFICE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
